I led the UX/UI for the Samsung.com E-promoter chatbot project, focusing on improving the chatbot's UI and integrating the Zendesk AI solution. My responsibilities included redesigning the user interface to address usability issues and overseeing the European and global launch of the enhanced chatbot.
